What this site collects, why, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 10 September 2026.
Who we are
Swifts is made by Green Labs LLC in Washington State. Reach us at info@greenlabsllc.com.
What we collect
If you send us a note we receive your name, email address and message, plus a business name and phone number if you choose to add them. If you join the newsletter we receive your email address. If you use the store finder we use the ZIP code you type, or the location you choose to share, to show nearby shops.
Why
To answer you, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to show you where to buy.
Who handles it
Resend delivers our email, Google Workspace holds our mailbox, and Beehiiv runs the newsletter list. Map tiles and ZIP lookups come from OpenStreetMap. If you agree to it, Google Analytics counts your visit.
Analytics and cookies
We count visits with Google Analytics, so we can tell which pages are worth keeping. It is off until you agree: on your first visit a notice asks, and until you say yes nothing is stored on your device and no identifier is kept for you. If you say yes, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one, and we see how many people came, which pages they read and roughly where in the world they were — never a name, never an address you typed, and never anything we could use to recognise you somewhere else.

What we do not do
We run no advertising pixels and no session recording, we do not sell or share your information, and we do not use what analytics tells us to follow you to other websites.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our mailbox until we no longer need them. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Store-finder searches are not kept.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any newsletter email. To see or delete what we hold, write to info@greenlabsllc.com and we will act on it, including asking our providers to delete their copies; provider backups may hold a copy for a short period afterwards.
